You can reserve your beef by filling out the Reserve Beef form on our website or by contacting Dennis or Travis directly. Once we confirm availability, we’ll walk you through the next steps and answer any questions you may have about timing and processing.

Yes. A reservation deposit is required to hold your beef. The deposit is applied toward your final total and helps us plan processing schedules and availability.

Pricing is based on the hanging weight of the animal. Final pricing is confirmed at processing. Processing fees are included in our pricing.

Your beef is professionally cut, portioned, vacuum-sealed, and flash-frozen to your preferences. You will work directly with the butcher to customize your cut sheet based on how your family likes to cook and eat.

We work with a trusted local butcher, including A & R Meats in Red Bluff. This ensures professional processing, quality packaging, and consistent results.

Once your beef has completed the dry-aging and processing period, we will coordinate a local delivery directly to your door or a scheduled pickup time that works best for you.

We serve customers locally in Shasta and Tehama counties. We can also arrange delivery to Sonoma County, California and Washoe County, Nevada. Please contact us to confirm availability and scheduling for your area.

Our Black Angus cattle are pasture-raised and all natural. They receive hay when pasture alone does not meet their nutritional needs, access to protein tubs and salt licks, and are finished on a molasses and wheat grain blend — never corn — prior to processing.
