We Confirm Availability: Dennis or Travis will contact you to confirm timing, delivery area, and next steps.
Customize Your Cuts: You’ll work directly with our trusted local butcher to choose how your beef is cut, portioned, vacuum-sealed, and flash-frozen to fit your family’s needs.
Processing & Delivery: Once dry-aged and processed, we coordinate a local delivery or pickup time that works best for you.

We proudly serve customers locally in Shasta and Tehama counties. We can also arrange delivery to Sonoma County, California and Washoe County, Nevada. Please contact us to confirm availability and scheduling for your area.
